PERMA (Seligman, 2011) is a well regarded theory of wellbeing. The acronym stands for positive emotions, engagement, positive relationships, meaning, accomplishment and others have added health. The more PERMA-H the better your wellbeing. Use the template below to evaluate your PERMA-H and set some goals to improve it. Remember character strengths can impact all parts of PERMA-H.
